Editor-in-chief of magazines “Marketing I Reklama”, “Marketingovie Issledovaniya v Ukraine”, “Logistica: Problemy I Resheniya”.
 
Evgeniy Romat is Doctor of Public Administration Science, author of the first doctoral thesis in problems of advertising in Ukraine, professor at the Chair of Marketing and Commerce in Kiev National University of Trade and Economics.
 
Romat is author of 12 books on problems of the communication theory and public administration of advertising and more than 120 articles on these problems. Sixth edition of manual “Reklama” was recognized as the best training edition on advertising and adjoining disciplines in the Russian Federation for 2004 (joint decision of the Association of communicative agencies Of Russia and Seventh All-Russia conference of heads of Advertising Chairs).
 
Evgeniy Romat is co-founder of Ukrainian student festival of advertising and National festival of social advertising, and also is representative of International student festival of advertising in Ukraine.
Member of the Union in problems of advertising at the Ministry of Ukraine, vice-chairman of the Advertisers Union of Ukraine.

Laureate of the projects “Sled v reklame”, “Zolotot PROFIl” and “Zolotoy manyskript”, “Zolota vidznaka” of the Advertisers Union of Ukraine for contribution to development of native advertising.
