Deputy Chief of Central administrative board of town-planning, architecture and design of city environment, deputy chief architect in Kiev (Chief artist).

 

Born: November, 23 1968 in Kiev. After graduation from Academy of Arts of Ukraine from 1994 work in workshop of the president of National Architects Union of Ukraine Shpara I.P., took part in projects development as architect-executor (office center “Toronto-Kiev”, area reclamation of Lybidskaya square).

 

From 1998 organized architectural-building firm as projects chief architect (area reclamation in Koncha-Zaspa; cottages building out of Kiev; repair and design of apartments; trade equipment).

 

 

From 2000 work in organizations of city calculation at Central Kiev board of architecture:

From 2004 took up the post of deputy chief at Central administrative board of town-planning, architecture and design of city environment, deputy chief architect in Kiev.

One of the co-authors “Rules of building-up in Kiev”; “Rules of accomplishment in Kiev”, Member of Artistic Union at Ministry of Culture of Ukraine; Head of design section of town-planning board at Central Kiev board of architecture; Member of President’s Board at National Architects Union of Ukraine.
